Don't need a full audit? Why not a review? When you just need a professional to look over and review the financial statement presentation, without the time and expense of an extensive audit, a periodic review can be a good fit. We'll talk to your management team and review your financial statements. At the end of the review, we are able to give limited assurance to third parties that "we are not aware of any material modifications" in the financial documents, in conformity with the GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
The lowest level of assurance for outside parties, a compilation can be a good fit when just a little extra organization in your financial documents is needed; i.e. when applying for new business loans. One of our accounting associates is able to pull together and organize your financial documents for presentation to any outside third party. Information gathered in a compilation is given solely "as represented by management" and expresses no assurance or opinion by us on the documents or the state of the business.
